The Free Interpreting Service is delivered by TIS National, and National Relay on behalf of the Department of Social Services.
Using the Free Interpreting Service is easy and convenient. It is quick and simple for service providers to be connected to a phone interpreter within a few minutes.
If you need an interpreter for your medical consultation, it is preferable to let us know prior to making the appt so we can book this service for you and your doctor for ease of communication with your medical needs
