LATE CANCELLATION/ FAILURE TO ATTEND POLICIES

Late cancellations Fees :

We value all our patients and endeavour to get you into your GP when you need. But we need your help!
If you cannot attend your appointment, to avoid a Cancellation fee of $40.00, please contact the practice with no less than 2 hours notice to allow other patients the opportunity to have your appointment time.Exceptional circumstances will be considered.

Failure to attend your appointment

If you Fail to Attend your booked appointment, our clinic has a No Show Policy where a non-refundable fee of $40.00 will be charged to you.We value all our patients and we do have others who could have used that time with our GPs that you booked and did not attend.
