For a standard consultation you will be required to pay for the doctor’s visit.

- All fees are to be paid at the time of consultation by either cash, EFTPOS, or credit card
If you are registered with Medicare, a rebate can then be provided to you from Medicare. - This is sent to Medicare at time of consultation and rebate returned to the nominated bank details you have with them. We do not deal with Medicare- that is between you and them.
- Holders of a current Pensioner, Health Care Concession or Commonwealth Health Care card are charged a discounted fee.
- Department of Veteran Affairs patients payments are billed through DVA.
Please be reassured that consultations are billed based on complexity and time spent and not on the length of appointment booked.
Workcover, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Insurance Claims
Work Cover is the medical scheme that covers the medical and rehabilitation expenses of workers in Australia.
The patient is responsible for payment of Work Cover and Motor Vehicle claims / consultations.Our service is to you and not your employer or insurance company.
