If you require a GP Management Plan or a Mental Health Plan, these cannot be completed ‘on the spot’.
At BHMC we have a process to follow that ensures you are:
  1. Eligible ( through Medicare)
  2. Financial information for the costs associated given to you PRIOR to making an appointment to have these plan(s) completed.
  3. They cannot be completed on the day , if not previously organised.

When you ring for an appointment for one of these plans, it is in your best interests to let our reception know. They will then give YOU details of the process we have to follow.
